Ghanaian UK-based gospel artiste Afriy David has released his latest EP, God and Higher Life, available on all major streaming platforms from 24th July 2025.
The 4-track project combines Afrocentric rhythms with contemporary gospel to deliver a message of faith, hope and celebration. It features: 'Nkunim' - a declaration of victory and breakthrough, 'King of Glory' - lifting up the name of Jesus in majestic praise, 'Yesu Amba' -meaning “Jesus has come”, a reminder of His ever-present help, and 'Ampa' - meaning “truly”, a bold affirmation of God’s goodness.
Afriy David, known for his energetic sound and Spirit-led music, said the EP reflects his Ghanaian heritage and desire to create music that speaks to today’s generation.
His style blends highlife influences with modern gospel, producing an uplifting sound rooted in worship. Beyond his vocal ability, Afriy David is also a professional drummer and multi-talented musician, known for his engaging performances and deep sense of purpose in ministry.

The gospel singer continues to establish himself as a unique voice in the Afro-gospel scene, using his music to inspire, uplift and draw listeners closer to God.
