Anfoega Senior High School has celebrated a major milestone with the official handover of a state-of-the-art Administration and Library Block. Initially started in 2014, the project stalled for eight years but was completed within six months under the current government’s initiative.

The handover ceremony was graced by Mr. Ernest Adevor, District Chief Executive for the North Dayi District Assembly, who is also an alumnus and former tutor of the school. Mr. Adevor expressed pride in the project’s completion, emphasizing the government’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure.

Hon. Joycelyn Tetteh, Member of Parliament for North Dayi Constituency: Her persistent advocacy and follow-ups were instrumental in getting the project back on track. The school’s infrastructure improvements continue. Work on an ultra-modern dining hall has resumed, with completion expected before the school’s 60th Anniversary celebration in November.
