Bismark Mensah (alias Y-Slimpa) has been honoured for being the best graduating student of the Material Science & Engineering Department at the University of Ghana, Legon for this year.
He received a laptop and an undisclosed amount of money made available by the kind gesture of Cermica Tamakloe and EPP Books Service as part of the latter’s Social Corporate Responsibilities. The presentation was made last Saturday.
Speaking to Daily Guide after receiving the award, Bismark expressed gratitude to the sponsors for the honour adding he would forever be thankful to Hon. Freddie Blay and his spouse for their immense contribution towards his university education. He promised to work harder to achieve more academic laurels with which to serve the country.
