The Black Satellites have touched down in South Africa to play in the Cape Town Under-20 International Friendly Tournament.
The under 20 team are in a tough Group comprising defending champions Nigeria, hosts South Africa and Argentina.
Coach Orlando wellington picked an entirely home-based squad of 21 players including five players from the first division.
Ghana’s opener will be against arch rivals Nigeria on May 25.
