The Black Stars will come up against South American giants, Brazil, in a friendly game as part of their preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The decision to play Brazil comes following the Confederation of African Football's (CAF) decision to postpone the qualifiers for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations to allow the African teams going to the World Cup to have adequate preparation.
Though a venue for the fixture is yet to be named, the game will take place on Friday, September 23, 2022.
The match will give Coach Otto Addo the platform to continue the assessment of his players in the build-up to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 finals in Doha.
The game against Brazil is expected to be a huge boost for the Black Stars going to Qatar.
The Black Stars have been drawn in Group H where they will face Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay.
