Chief Executive of newly promoted B.A Stars Takyi Arhin is alleging that representatives of the ten regional Football Associations have been bribed to induce voting on a propose league expansion at the next congress.
He told Joy Sports the ten chairmen have been given ¢1,000 each accusing the three relegated clubs- Eleven Wise, Hasaacas and Great Olympics of paying the monies.
“The RFA chairmen, they made the proposal. They have been influenced. They have been given some ¢1,000.
“They want to bring back the three relegated clubs- Wise , Hassacas and Olympics," he noted.
He said he would provide the evidence at the appropriate time.
It has been suggested by some individuals to increase the number of Premier League clubs from 16 to 20 for the upcoming season.
Takyi Arhin suspects the move is to re-instate the traditional clubs that have been demoted from the top flight.
The FA will take a decision on the matter when it goes to Congress next month before the league commences.
