Doctor/Physician Anaesthetists says they are are still at post despite an announcement of industrial action by the Certified Registered Anaesthetists, a category of Anaesthesia providers.
A statement from the Ghana Anaesthetists Society (GAS), the umbrella body for Doctor/Physician Anaesthetists said the strike action by the Certified Registered Anaesthetists (nurse anaesthetists) does not affect them.

In its statement, GAS said the Health Ministry should come out with the job description for nurse anaesthetists so the over two-year feud with their name can be resolved.
