Management of Dzata Cement has denied claims of pricing a bag of the product at ¢30 as being circulated on social media.
In a statement sighted by Joy Business, Dzata Cement noted that its products have not come out with prices.
It, therefore, advised the public to disregard any such information circulating on various media platforms.
It concluded that “management will apprise the public of all such relevant information as we commence commercial production in due course.”
Dzata projects annual production of 3m tonnes
Dzata Cement is projecting to produce about three million tonnes of cement for the Ghanaian and African markets when fully operational.
This follows a significant investment into an ultra-modern technology installed to begin producing the product by next month.
