The Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) Fire and Safety team made a thrilling comeback on Saturday, clinching the LCB Super Cup Final with a 2-1 victory over the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) team.
Both teams earned their place in the final by winning their respective zones in the LCB Corporate Tournament. The GPHA Fire team emerged as champions of the Tema Zone, while the GUTA team took the Accra Zone title.
The GUTA team took an early lead, controlling the first half of the game. However, the GPHA Fire team rallied in the second half, levelling the score before taking the lead with a second goal. They dominated much of the game from that point on, securing their hard-fought victory.
