With New Edubiase having booked their place in the semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup, six other sides are all trying to knock their opponents out for a place in the last four.
Three matches will be played on Sunday in the Cup competition to conclude the quarter-final pairings.
After a poor campaign in the Premier League, Hearts of Oak, among others, will be chasing glory in the competition to hand their season a positive result as they dream of silverware.
The Phobians travel to the Len Clay Stadium where they face AshantiGold. And both teams are eager to win the FA Cup which remains the only piece of silverware available.
“For me, all our good play and performances will go waste if we don’t win this FA Cup. For once in our lives this season, let’s show the fans that we are Hearts of Oak and we never say die,” Hearts coach, C.K. Akunnor said.
Though the AshantiGold v Hearts game remains the top-liner, there are other tough games also on the day.
Berekum Chelsea will take on surprise campaigners, Amidaus Professionals at the Golden City Park.
Amidaus will be buoyed on by the fact that the eliminated Asante Kotoko from the competition as they prepare to meet Chelsea.
Also Tema Youth will be away to Wassaman, who are aiming to go down in relegation from the premiership with the FA Cup.
