Japan Motors Trading Company Ghana has opened a new Ultra Modern Showroom in the Northern Region of Ghana. This was to Mark its 100th anniversary this year.
All customers of Japan Motors Trading Company Limited (JMTC) in the three northern regions will have the opportunity to win prizes when they purchase NISSAN products. The first prize is a trip to South Africa to visit the NISSAN factory; the promotion will end in June this year.
In a speech read by Mr. Salem Kalmoni, the Managing Director of Japan Motors Trading Company Limited, he announced that all customers of Japan Motors Trading Company Limited in Tamale should take part in the promotion to win fantastic prices
He advised people using Nissan vehicles not to risk sending major repairs or servicing to “way side” fitters whose expertise might fall below standard, but to contact the company’s branch in Tamale for the needed assistance or service.
Mr. Salem Kalmoni said, the new facility will also offer training to students from technical schools, polytechnics and also universities.
He also commended the new management and staff of the branch for their hard work and urged them to make customers their highest priority.
Mr. Kalmoni revealed that the Tamale showroom is the only Automobile Company with a showroom for its customers in the Northern Region. He mentioned that Japan Motors branches are strategically located in Tamale, Accra, Tema, Kumasi and Takoradi.
The Branch Manager of Tamale, Mr. Mahama noted that the branch was committed to serving the people in the region and beyond and that the branch was strategically placed to remove the burden of traveling to Accra and Kumasi for vehicle sales, parts and maintenance.
He noted that fleet customers can also call on the branch for mobile services outside Japan Motors Premises.
The Deputy Northern Regional Minister Mr. San Nasamu Asebigi, who commissioned the building, was assisted by Mr. Jimmy Dando General Manager of NISSAN Africa Regional Office, and Mr. Salem Kalmoni, Managing Director of JMTC.
In his speech the minister Mr. Asebigi commended the management of Japan Motors for their new ultra Modern showroom to meet the expectation of its customers in the three northern regions.
He urged other automobile companies and businesses to come and invest in the region
Mr. Jimmy Dando, in charge of Export and Business Operation for Sub-Sahara Africa said there’s an increase in demand for Nissan automobile for the past years in Ghana which has made it necessary for the Japan Motors to establish more branches with showrooms to meet customer demands.
He disclosed that Japan Motors achieved these by creating demand and presence of Nissan vehicles in the Ghanaian market, continued focus on ensuring that Nissan best practice and business processes are aligned with customer expectations and delivered through the brand, product and service.
