JOY FM on Tuesday presented three desktop computers and a laptop to the Adidokpoe Methodist School in Battor in the Volta region.
School children there desirous of learning ICT, were felling trees to burn enough charcoal for sale in order to acquire computers.
JOY NEWS brought the issue of the school to the fore which attracted the attention for Adansi Asokwa MP, K.T. Hammond.
He donated three desktop computers to help the children realize their dream.
JOY NEWS’s Israel Laryea also donated a laptop computer to the school.
A teacher of the School Bello Amejake who received the computers was grateful to JOY FM and the donors for their effort to change the lives of deprived children.
