Music duo, Keche has been named as headline act for the Swedru Akwambo Aluguntugui Fiesta scheduled to come off in Agona Swedru in the Central region.
The show, the brainchild of Bakus Entertainment, will climax this year’s Akwambo Festival of the people of Agona Swedru which started on Sunday, August 11 and will end on Sunday, August 19.
Swedru Akwambo Aluguntugui Fiesta will be staged on August 18 at the Left Eye Spot and will be followed by a live band Sunday Omutuo Bash with hi-life musician, Kofi B on August 19.
Apart from Keche, made up of Kechepa and Kechede, who are widely known for their smash hit Aluguntugui, other artistes billed to rock the show include, Konfi, Akyerekyerefo, Cash Unit, Mframa, Double, Danny X, Old Soldja and Yaw Berma.
A rep of Bakus Entertainment, Yaw Lawson told Myjoyonline.com that “We are expecting people to come have fun because it is the first of its kind,” in the area.
Yaw Lawson disclosed that a special Azonto performance by the Azonto All Stars from Tema while there will be an Azonto competition for patrons.
The show will be MCed by Hitz FM’s Kwame Bee and Andy, with DJ Hitman, Popa, and Dr Kay as DJs.
