The Dzasetse of Nii Arde Nkpa family from Kokrobite, Langma and Tuba in the Greater Accra Region, Nii Ansah Sasaraku III, who was destooled after being jailed for contempt in June this year, is back from prison.
Nii Ansah Sasaraku III was jailed 30 days by an Accra High Court for holding himself out as the family head.
He is however challenging the basis of his destoolment.
On his return from prison, the chief says his destoolment is unlawful and will confront the family heads who performed the destoolment rights in his absence.
