Ghana goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey returned to training with the Black Stars on Wednesday after recovering from illness.
His return is a massive boost for the Black Stars ahead of Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola.
The shot-stopper was excused from the Black Stars training on Tuesday following a bout of flu.
The glovesman is delighted to return to training with his colleagues insisting he will be ready for Saturday's match if he is selected.
"I am feeling much much better even though it was not anything too serious. The doctor wanted me to rest," Kwarasey told www.ghanafa.org.
"I am ready to play in Saturday's game and the spirit in camp is very good."
Ghana will depart for Zambia on Thursday.
