No fewer than seven people were reportedly injured on Sunday following a bomb explosion that rocked Kaduna metropolis. The incident occurred near a popular drinking joint at Fakados Street, Kaduna. Eye witness account said the bomb which exploded around 10:30pm was hidden in a refuse bin near the popular Ngozi drinking joint. Three of the seven persons affected by the blast were said to have sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a private hospital. Several efforts to get the reaction of spokesman of Kaduna state police command, Aminu Lawan (DSP) Monday proved abortive as his phone was off.
