Renowned minister, author, and community development advocate, Dr Emmanuel Oluwemimo Falodun, has been awarded an Honorary Degree in Theology (Hons) Doctorate from the Shield of Faith School of Ministry, an affiliate of Heaven Gate Bible School, Ghana.
This distinguished recognition celebrates his decades-long commitment to spiritual development, theological scholarship, and humanitarian service across Africa and beyond.
His academic background also includes various diplomas and certifications from institutions such as Samuel Bible Institute, Evangelical Training Ministry, and the National Broadcast Academy, where he trained in public communication and media ministry.
His practical ministry experience is equally robust, having served in various leadership capacities at Christ Salvation Victory Mission International and Bride of Christ Church Ministries, while also contributing to missions across Nigeria, the United States, and the broader African continent.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Falodun expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his commitment to mentoring the next generation of leaders and promoting religious arts.
“This honour is not just about me. It is about the power of ideas, values, and creativity to transform lives. I believe religious arts are a powerful medium to inspire, teach, and heal.
Through books, sermons, training, creative expressions, and outreach, I remain committed to building communities rooted in purpose, reflection, and empowerment, where faith and culture work together to uplift the human spirit,” he said.
Dr Falodun has also authored several spiritually impactful books, including The Power of a Praying Church and What to Do When Prayer Becomes Difficult, which continue to equip believers and enrich church ministries globally.
His influence spans continents, with invitations to speak, teach, and train emerging ministers and leaders on subjects ranging from discipleship to spiritual intelligence.
