Parma have announced the loan capture of Black stars midfielder Afriyie Acquah from Serie A rivals Palermo.
The Ghana international will spend the 2012-13 season at the Stadio Tardini, after which the Gialloblu have the option to sign a 50 per cent share in his contract.
Acquah is a midfielder who was netted by the Rosanero in January 2010 and has made 31 League appearances for the Stadio Barbera outfit.
