New Ghanaian movie, Housekeepers successfully premiered at the Silverbird Cinemas at the Accra and West Hill Malls on Saturday evening.
The premiere’s red carpet event at the Accra Mall was not only patronized by a respectable size of movie goes but also a number of respectable movie stakeholders and corporate Ghana, who came to see the movie.
Notable faces on the red carpet were: Salma Mumin, Christabel Ekeh, Toosweet Anan, Fred Amugi, Abdul Salam Mumuni and a host of others.
Directed by Pascal Amanfo, Housekeepers features awe-inspiring performances from some of Ghana’s award winning actors who have not acted together in a movie in a long time.
It is an intriguing story of crime investigation in which five detectives secured jobs in a household as driver, house help and security men.
With a mixture of humour, drama, love, suspense and action, this movie will take viewers on a roller-coaster ride and make them long for more.
Every scene is woven artistically into a fine literary piece of a typical Upper-class Ghanaian family. The story plays out the issues and challenges of the family and how they are tackled.
The movie is produced by Platinum Revelations Co. Limited.
