A 17-year-old rickshaw (Pragya) operator has been reported dead by the Sankore Police in the Ahafo Region.
Abubakar Sadick had been tied to the ground with his mouth taped as blood oozed from his head and ears.
The police on Saturday morning received a complaint from the Assemblyman of the area, Ishmael Mohammed of a lifeless body.
Following the alert, the police proceeded to the scene. A red pair of scissors was found lying near the deceased upon arrival, according to sources.
The cause of death is currently unknown.
The remains has been deposited at Goaso Municipal Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
