President Mahama leaves Accra on Sunday for Mauritius for a three-day state visit.
Whilst in that country, Mr. Mahama will sign a number of Memoranda of Understanding on bilateral cooperation.
This will include an agreement for the development of a US$260 million
ICT enclave which will become the technology hub for the sub-region and create in excess of five thousand direct jobs.
The President will also address a business forum on Tuesday and on Wednesday inaugurate a new private University , African Leadership College, which was built by a Ghanaian.
