The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, Prof. John Evans Atta-Mills will lead a high level delegation of his party to the March 6 celebrations.
The delegation will include the Chairman of the party, Dr. Kwabena Adjei and the party’s parliamentarians.
The NDC received its invitation to attend the event on Friday.
Sources close to the party say even though the invitation came late it will be honoured because of the bigger national interest and the importance of the independence anniversary.
