Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law obliging the institutions of youth policy to hang the flag of Russia on a permanent basis, as well as introducing the mandatory performance of the Russian anthem at the opening of youth forums.
The corresponding document is posted on the website of its official publication of legal acts.
The law stipulates that the buildings of state and municipal institutions operating under youth policy should constantly hang (installed) the state flag of the Russian Federation.
It is also established that the anthem of Russia will be performed at the opening and closing of international youth forums held in the Russian Federation, all-Russian youth forums and forums of youth of subjects of Russia, as well as during the ongoing state and municipal institutions, carrying out activities on the implementation of youth policy, solemn events dedicated to state and municipal holidays, during the Olympiads and other intellectual and creative competitions, physical events and sports events.
