Wassaman United might have gone down in their debut season in the Premier League but they are sure of covering themselves in glory with silverware as they chase the MTN FA Cup.
The Tarkwa side who conceded the most goals, 43, after losing 15 times in the league campaign have been different in the knock-out competition.
As they prepare to line up against Tema Youth on Sunday at the Tarkwa T&A Park, Wassaman appear confident of marching to the semi-finals.
With a mouthwatering last-four fixture against New Edubiase on the cards, Wassaman and Tema Youth will head into the tense quarter-final clash - called off once in June due to the absence of adequate security - more than determined to undo each other.
The FA Cup match could be their decider after they both their meetings in the league ended in draws.
Tema Youth, who produced great form in the second round of the league are hoping to ride past the home side into semi finals.
But a good Cup run represents an opportunity for Wassaman to at least, bow out in grace.
