Roma-Stallion FC youngster Nathaniel Owusu emerged as the Best Player at the 2024 edition of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme's Elite U-15 Boys Colts Championship.
The Kumasi-based forward starred for Ashanti Region in the tournament held at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram earlier this month.
The 13-year-old scored four goals and set up another as his side fought to reach the final of the Colts tournament staged between October 16 and 27.

He caught the eye of the organisers with his scintillating performances on the pitch and led his side who were narrowly beaten by Volta Region.
His performances sealed two Man of the Match awards for him in the course of the tournament.
The Elite U-15 Boys Colts Championship was an avenue for national team scouts to watch the potential of young players for the respective national teams.
The tournament saw the coming together of talents from ten administrative football regions in the country.
In the end, it was the Volta Region that claimed the top spot with Ashanti Region coming in second place after a 3-2 encounter in the final.
