The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)has granted Standard Chartered Bank and Ecobank Ghana an extension to publish their 2024 Financial Statements later.
According to a circular by the Ghana Stock Exchange, Ecocbank has been given up to March 31, 2025, to publish its 2024 Audited Financial Statements.
Similarly, Stanchart has also been given the same time to release its 2024 Audited Financial Statements.
Commenting, Ecobank said it remains committed to transparency and regulatory compliance and assures all stakeholders that the Audited Financial Statements will be published within the revised timeline.
It told shareholders “We appreciate your continuous support and understanding of all.”
Ecobank and Stanchart are among the best-performing stocks on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Whilst the share price of Ecobank is going for GH¢6.25, that of Stanchart is selling at GH¢25.01.
