Ghana Road Transport Coordinating Council (GRTCC) in collaboration with Guinness Ghana, National Road safety Commission (NRSC) and other stakeholders is embarking on educational campaign aimed at passenger empowerment and avoiding alcohol abuse. An Easter Message issued by Mr Ben Peprah-Amoabeng, National Chairman of GRTCC in Accra on Thursday said the efforts were to stop road crashes during and after the Easter celebration. "We are urging our valued drivers to be cautious on our roads during this season," it added.
