Wang Jia Lei, 40, Song Yongzhi, 47, and Edward Shou, 42, pleaded not guilty to the offence.
Song faces additional charge of causing harm. They would re-appear on Monday, March 21.

The complainant, Derrick Shou, operates a digital printing business, the same job the three, are also engaged in.
He said owing to the intense business competition, relations between Wang and Derrick had been cold.
