Tigo Ghana is partnering Nhyira FM in a swift move to promote local movies.
Dubbed “Tigo Kumawood Premiere Experience“, new movies ready to be released onto the market would be premiered and outdoored to the movie loving public on quarterly basis.
Over hundred people would be selected to take part in the event at no cost at special locations. The lucky participants will then take part in photo shoot sessions with their favorite local movie stars and presenters of Nhyira FM on a royal blue carpet.
This is expected to rekindle and whip up public interest in local movies whilst saving the once vibrant Kumawood movie industry.
The first-ever premiere comes off on Saturday, May 6, 2017 with two shows scheduled at the Miklin Hotel in Kumasi.
Movie lovers will be thrilled with “Adanfo Bone”, a movie produced and directed by Emelia Brobbey under Start Media productions. It has Bill Asamoah, Kojo Nkansah Lil Wayne, Akrobeto, Nana Ama Mcbrown, and Bishop Nyarko, host of others starring in an intriguing story that will blow-up your mind .
