Presenting the facts of the case police inspector Kweku Appiah told the court presided over by Mr Kofi Akrowiah, that the complainant Mr Isaac Nartey is a farmer who lives at Larbikrom near Akim Assam, where Amekor and Adum live.
Inspector Appiah stated that on May 21, 2010, the accused persons went to the complainant's farm under the pretence of searching for cola nuts, but rather harvested four bunches of plantain valued at GH¢30 and took it away.
