Grammy-award winning music group, Morgan Heritage, has released ‘Africa Jamaica’, a collaboration featuring East Africa’s top music act, Diamond Platinumz and Ghana’s music gem, Stonebwoy.
An elated Morgan Heritage commenting on their latest release said: “Releasing ‘Africa Jamaica’; our first video shoot in Africa is a historic moment in our career that will forever live in our hearts. It was a joy to work with Diamond Platnumz and Stonebwoy - Africa’s best from East to West.
“We hope the people in Africa and around the world will love the music video. We love discovering new sounds and making connections through our music and I believe we are doing just that, moving on.”

The group also added, “The video is an exciting fun display of where our culture comes from in Jamaica. The spirit, the dancing and the culture all come from Africa.
“It truly captures your attention from start to finish. It was also an honour for us to work with Stonebwoy for the second time since our Grammy-nominated album Avrakedabra.”
‘Africa Jamaica’ is the lead single off Morgan Heritage’s upcoming album set for release in 2019.
Directed by Jordan Hoechlin and Morgan Heritage, the music video was shot in Ghana with captivating scenes from Cape Verde.
