The Royal Abor Ewusie Twidan Family of Gomoa Fetteh in the Central Region is cautioning property developers and potential property owners in the area, to be weary of fraudsters acting in the name of Gomoa Fetteh Stool Lands.According to the elders, the Gomoa Fetteh Stool Lands which stretches from the Millennium City at Kasoa through to Gomoa Fetteh, is solely owned by the Abor Ewusie Twidan Family led by Nana Kwame Okere Mpantu.A statement issued by the elders advised the public to be weary of some persons who have no legal rights to the Gomoa Fetteh Stool Land and yet they are posing as property owners in the area. The elders say they will not be held liable to any member of the public who falls victim to the activities of fraudsters.According to them, the only recognized developer in the area is 21st Century Real Estates Limited, whom they have been dealing with since 1996. The statement urged the public to do proper due diligence before paying money to any individual or company for the acquisition of property there.Meanwhile the elders have assured the youth that monies realized from the sale of land, particularly to 21st Century, has been properly accounted for as there are records to that effect. The statement also urged the media to ensure that they obtain information from the right sources in order not to create tension among the people of the area.
