The Centre for Transformational Leadership (CTL Africa) has launched the 2019 edition of Live2Lead simulcast which will be live at the auditorium of the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra.
This year's theme is ‘Developing Leaders for Today and Tomorrow’ and the event is slated for October 10 from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
As always, there will be a special VIP business networking and dinner session with Joy News’ Nana Ansah Kwao IV on October 10, at the Alisa Hotel at 6 pm. This session is open only to VIP participants.
CTL Africa is set by Samuel Ayim to help train Ghanaians and Africas to equip people with leadership skills to better the societies they live in.
The Centre teaches leadership lessons from world-renowned leadership experts through various methods such as workshops, masterminds, coaching, etc.
At this year Live2Lead meeting the various lessons to be presented by renowned leadership experts will underscore how to develop leaders for effectiveness and great results.
John C. Maxwell will teach onpractical ways that leaders can seek out and develop those around them in order to maximize the returns on the investment in their people.
Drawing from over 15 years' experience as a top management executive, Angela Ahrendts will share some of the critical lessons she has learned in developing leaders while leading at the top of various sectors of the international economy.
Based on his experience both on and off the field as well as in the financial world, Chris Hogan will discuss how creating a culture of teamwork can lead to a financially healthy and stable workplace to develop leaders.
Speaker, author and CEO Rachel Hollis will challenge, motivate and inspire you with practical advice and tools to help leaders see their potential and that of those around them.
Markus Buckingham will create a custom business session, focusing on the notion that the strength and cohesiveness of your team is more essential to success than the culture of your company.
Nana Ansah Kwao IV will use his experience as a transformational and influential chief of Adumasa to demonstrate how anyone can lead from anywhere, particularly, how traditional leaders can use their positions to help build leaders to lead the nation.
He will share life story as a traditional leader to demonstrate how each one of us can lead from everywhere we find ourselves and draw lessons for other leaders to create an enabling environment for others to thrive and lead.
This year, as with previous year Gold Fields Ghana is the headline sponsor.
The mining company believes in CTL Africa’s vision of developing leaders for the continent and since last year has partnered with them to make the event a success.
