Members of the Technical University Senior Administrators Association of Ghana (TUSAAG) have suspended a strike action that started on October 21, 2019.
TUSAAG had joined the Technical University Teachers’ Association of Ghana (TUTAG) to demand that they be involved and engaged by Government and its agencies in the ongoing processes to migrate Senior Members of Technical Universities onto the Public Universities Salaries Structure and also to be fully migrated onto the Public Universities Salaries Structure and applicable Conditions of Service of staff of the Public Universities in Ghana.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the leadership of TUSAAG said following a meeting with government and the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, the strike action has been suspended.
