It was all fun, colour and entertainment at the first ever 'Kolor Party' organised by Ghana's number one music and entertainment media house, Adom 106.3 FM on Friday December 26, 2014.

Billed as a 'mingling thing', fans of the faces behind the microphones were only required to dress in the colour chosen by their idol and converge at the Car Park of the Trade Fair Centre, La, Accra to meet, greet, have fun and pose for selfies with the likes of Captain Smart, Kofi Adoma Nwanwani, Jerry Justice, Kwamena Idan, Afia Pokua, Ohemaa Woyeje, Papa Bills, Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Akosua Safoa Kantimpo and a host of others.

And did the fans come! Dressed in a sea of colours chosen by their favourite presenters, ranging from Pink (Captain), through Yellow (Kofi Adoma and Ohemaa) to White (Jerry Justice and a few others) the fans who have made Adom FM the number one station in Ghana virtually took over the Trade Fair Centre.

And they were not disappointed. From banter between Jerry Justice and Kofi Adoma Nwanwani, through the unique styles of Nana Osei Ampofo Adjei and Akumaa Mama Zimbi, to the singing prowess of Captain Smart, and the touch of Kwamena Idan, the fans were treated to a night of unforgettable excitement and a yearning for 2015 to pass quickly so Kolor Party could be repeated.

Papa Bills, as usual, was the man behind the music, pulling the strings and ensuring that the live band and the DJs dished out the very best.

Several fans told Adomonline.com they were surprised at the easy manner of the faces behind the microphones, especially Mr 'not not and a capital not' (Kofi Adoma).

All in all, it was a night of unforgettable experiences; a night where passion met enthusiasm and one the management of Adom FM have assured Adomonline.com they are eager to repeat next year and beyond.

Adom FM's maiden 'Kolor Party' was sponsored by GIHOC Distilleries, Tinattet Herbal, Qunloon Ghana Limited, Samara Pharmacy, Golden Cup Ciders, Starwin products, National Road Safety Commission, Dank Phyto Care, Aqua Fresh and Kokoko bitters.
