The Executive Director of the African Aurora Business Network (AABN) Foundation, Maureen Odoi, has urged SMEs and entrepreneurs to appreciate the demands of their market so as to stay relevant in business.
Speaking at the launch of her book “12 Golden Secrets for Entrepreneurs”, Maureen Odoi expressed the need for SMES to be fluid and adjust to the flow of business in these uncertain times of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
“Many entrepreneurs are not moving with the times, no strategy focus. This is bad. You must understand the times you are in and adjust your business plans to meet demands,” she acknowledged over a hundred entrepreneurs who participated in the launch of the entrepreneurship book.
Speaking at the launch, President of the Ghana Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Dr. Sherif Ghali, impressed on entrepreneurs to adapt new digital trends to remain relevant in their respective fields.
“Technology – big and small, is changing the face of the entrepreneurship world over. What you must be looking at is exploring which one fits best and apply it,” he instructed.
Meanwhile, International Banker and Lawyer, Jacqueline Atta - Nyamekye, has charged budding entrepreneurs to embrace the art of giving – a virtue explained in the said book.
