Elegant Homes, one of the sponsors of the JoyNews-Ecobank Habitat Fair 2021, has hinted at some jaw-dropping packages ahead of the first mini-clinic series on Saturday, September 11.
Executive Director of Elegant Homes, Dorothy Quarshie has assured prospective customers that they will not only enjoy a 10 percent discount, but a free fitted kitchen as well.
Madam Quarshie indicated that in-ceiling speakers, a video doorbell, a remote-controlled gate and a garage will be included in the package.
“Elegant Homes' flexibility is with the type of payment plan or options that we give to our client. The first is outright purchase and the second option is the mortgage.
“Most of our partners require that we do between 20 to 30 percent and the remaining 70 and 80 is financed by the bank and then you get to live in the house,” she explained.
The 2021 JoyNews Ecobank Habitat Fair, mini-clinic, which will be held on Saturday, September 11 and Sunday September 12, seeks to address the enormous housing deficit in the country, particularly in Accra.
Visit the mini-clinic at the Achimota Mall on Saturday and Sunday and visit the stands for solutions to your housing needs.
