An online bus booking platform, Swiftnano has been launched to ease the transportation stress students go through when they have to travel to and fro school.
Swiftnano, developed by Bonvas Tours, a travel and tours company, gives its users the chance to check for availability of buses scheduled for departure in the system, select preferred bus/seat, confirm, book, and make payment all online without leaving one's comfort.
The system is designed to give the student (passenger) a 360 assistance when it comes to travelling from their home region/destinations to school and vice versa.

By providing information about available scheduled buses, type/brand of buses available, time of departure, point of departure and arrival, available en-route pick up close to them, and multiple payment options with safe and secure transactions.
The system supports the green business agenda as it operates a paperless operation.

Speaking at the launch, Co-founder of Bonvas Tours and Project Head for Swiftnano, Nana Kwaku Opoku Bonah, said the system was developed through careful analysis and operational know-how to solve the everyday frustrations of the travelling students' population.
He added that the system took into account the hassle of the student such as long queues at the bus terminals, high luggage charges, overcrowded bus terminals, seat discomfort, and shortage of buses on the preferred date of departure.

“The system aims to serve over 84,000 students (passengers) by the end of 2023 and create over 150 direct employment for students. This is aimed at training the student for the cooperative world and also supporting them financially as they go through their education."
Mr Bonah said that Swiftnano is aimed at eliminating the frustration of students during school reopening and vacation by bringing travelling to just a click.

Nana Bonah also introduced the Affiliate marketing program ‘BONFILIATES’, a pay-for-performance marketing program where the act of selling is outsourced across a vast network and various players are paid based on their performance of making sales via their unique referral ID.
