The Chief Executive Officer of Ripple Effect, David Appeigyei popularly known as Kwaku Zee has been adjudged ‘Best Cinematographer of the Year’ Award at the recently concluded 2nd edition of the Innovative Influencers and Excellence Awards for his commitment in building the media landscape in Ghana.
The star-studded event, which was organised by Studio75 Production and took place on August 18, 2023 in Accra, sought to establish and uphold an entrepreneurial environment that supports thriving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the enhancement of the nation's economy and the standard of living for individuals.
He received the award as an acknowledgment of his exceptional leadership and innovation in Ghana’s media sector. His contributions involve producing robust, innovative, and dependable content that meets international benchmarks.

Speaking to the media after receiving the prestigious honour, Mr. Appeigyei thanked his entire team for always working hard and responding to duties.
He dedicated the award to his entire team, all events stakeholders, and notably, his valued and cherished clients who have shown unwavering support throughout the years.
He added that, the award is indeed a great achievement and has come to empower me to work harder.

"My greatest appreciation goes to my cherished clients and family who consistently help to bring the best in me", he said.
