The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced an emergency maintenance operation on its MBH servers.
This maintenance is set to take place from Friday, September 20, at 11:00 PM to Sunday, September 22, at 11:00 PM.
In a press release dated September 18, the ECG informed the public that this maintenance will affect services in Tema, Accra West, and the Eastern Regions.
To mitigate any disruptions, the ECG advises all MBH customers to purchase sufficient credit in advance to cover the period of the maintenance.
“All MBH customers are therefore being advised to purchase enough credit that will last for the period of the downtime. ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise as a result of this exercise,” the press said.
