Elegant Homes and General Construction, one of Ghana’s leading real estate developers has been adjudged the “Best Residential Developer Middle Income Luxurious” for the third consecutive time at the 16th Ghana Property Awards.
Speaking to Joy Business, Executive Director, Dorothy Quarshie reiterated the company's commitment to providing good housing solutions to potential homeowners.
She attributed the company’s success to its hardworking staff and was grateful to their clients for the confidence reposed in them.
"This award means a lot to us, this is the third time we have won this award, and this is as a result of hard work from our team and ever competent staff”, she said.
She added that, there are great prospects for the real estate industry in the country, adding, the company will continue to delight its customers with affordable but quality and stylish houses.
“It’s a very great achievement. Of course, last year and last two years, we won this award, we worked very hard, and by God’s grace this year, we’ve won it again. We hope to work much harder so that next year [2025], we will win it”.
