Award-winning actor Richard Mofe Damijo has revealed that he is open to exploring opportunities on YouTube, albeit behind the camera.
During a conversation with Doreen Avio on the EMY redcarpet, the veteran actor, who has starred in numerous Netflix and Prime Video productions, expressed his willingness to consider YouTube as a viable platform.
"I just havent given YouTube a thought yet, but I'm seriously looking into it, maybe to be behind the cameras for youtube. I think i have done as much as i can infront of the camera so i dont need ro be there but i am thinking about it,” he stated.
Damijo acknowledged YouTube's immense global reach and earning potential, making it an attractive platform for content creators.
"If I see a good project that will make me be on youtube ,ofcourse i will be, its a big platform for Africans and the world all over, I think it's a serious place to look at and see if I can make money there,” he said.
As a renowned actor and potential YouTube creator, Richard Mofe Damijo's involvement could pave the way for more African content on the platform.
