Surv. Anthony Mallen Ntiador has been appointed Deputy Executive Secretary (Operations) at the Lands Commission. In his new role, he will support the implementation of the Commission’s decisions under the direction of the National Lands Commission.
Ntiador brings over 20 years of experience in land management and public sector digitisation. He has been involved in key government technology projects, including the eJustice system, reforms at the Attorney General’s Department, and automation at the Birth and Death Registry.
He has worked at the intersection of land administration and digital systems, serving as CEO of TGTS Africa and holding a council position with the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. His work includes contributions to digital platforms such as the DVLA’s Private Vehicle Testing Station and Multimedia Ghana’s election monitoring application.
Ntiador studied at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and later earned a Master of Science in Land Management and Administration from the Technical University of Munich. He has collaborated with several international institutions, including the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), GIZ, and the World Bank.
In addition to his professional work, Ntiador holds leadership roles in his community and church and is active in education and counselling.
