The much-anticipated music video of Tic Tac’s club banger, ‘Don’t Let Your Baby Go’ from the camp of TN records finally hit television screens.
The video shot by Snares beats, exhibits African Ghanaian cultural values and artefacts portraying the rich cultural heritage of the country.
According to Tic Tac, the rationale behind his new thought-provoking video is to tell the world the natural resources Ghana is endowed with to whet the desire of people to visit such places in promoting tourism.
The music gem opines that as a people we need to tell stories of where we hail from to the world on every platform regardless of the magnitude.
He believes that Ghanaian musicians have a responsibility to promote tourism since it forms part of the arts industry.
He charged Ghanaians to take interest in local tourism which has the propensity to boost the country’s economic fortunes.
The music video which teaches lovers to appreciate their partners no matter how difficult the circumstance, unveils how people live happily in a settlement on a river in Nzulezu in the Western Region of Ghana.
It also displays the level of inseparability and tolerance in the small community as well as the story of love which is an element of African tradition.
It has some interesting scenes which were also shot in Aburi in the Eastern Region of Ghana display the beautiful endowment of the town.
The Video directed by 5teven & Snares also features actress, model and musician Charlotte Derban affectionately called Charley and young aspiring model Josephine.
‘Don't Let Your Baby Go’ is from Tic Tac’s upcoming 7th album titled "Illusions".
