Keta and Nkwanta Senior high schools redrafted history when they retained the Volta Regional Sprite Ball Championship in both the male and female category respectively at the Ho stadium over the weekend.
The boys from Keta exhibited great basketball skills coupled with resilience and nimbleness to complete the double over their perennial rivals Keta Business School (Ketabusco) in front of a packed crowd.
It was the game meant for the gods as the two sides battled an intense and grudge final after a sterling performance to triump 15-12.
Ketasco showed early signs of keeping hold of the title they won last year when they crushed Kajebi Asatu 11-2 in the first game before beating Keta Business School (Ketabusco) 6-4 in a close contest during the preliminary round.
