Rory McIlroy has won the Irish Open by three shots from Bradley Dredge.
The Northern Irishman claimed his first victory of the season despite trailing Russell Knox by a shot with three holes remaining.
A birdie at the 16th gave him a boost before an eagle at the last gave him the victory. He will donate the €666,660 winnings to the Rory Foundation.
