Liberty Professionals will take advantage of Hearts of Oak's home ban when the two sides meet Thursday's Premier League game.
The city rivals play at the Accra Sports Stadium, where the Phobians are serving a two-match stadium ban following supporter misbehaviour and referee assault in April.
Deputy coach of the Dansoman side, Felix Aboagye, believes Hearts' punishment will inure to his team's advantage in the matchday 14 fixture.
“We don’t have any challenge without [our] fans at the stadium. Hearts supporters are not coming so they will rather be affected,” Aboagye said.
“We will take advantage of the empty stadium to punish them because we have a psychological advantage,” he said.
Hearts are top of the league with 25 points, five points ahead of Liberty, who are fifth. But the Phobians have a big motivator to win, because the two teams closest to them - Aduana and Kotoko - all lost on Wednesday.
