Berekum Chelsea striker, Saddick Adams, has exclusively told Asempa Sports he is ready to move to any of the two giant clubs in the country, but is currently focused on his club.
Adams’s renaissance at the Berekum club after difficult spells in Europe and Asia has seen a sharp rise in the stock of the former Etoile Sportive du Sahel man.
The 29-year-old, who has been in a fantastic form in the first round of the 2016 Ghana Premier League, has recently been linked with a sensational move to both Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
However, speaking to Ultimate Sports Morning Show, the Ghana international neither confirmed nor denied any contact with both clubs but did admit he felt ready to play for any of the big side.
"I feel totally ready to play for any of the teams. I reached many levels, and today I'm ready for any challenge, big or not," Saddick said.
"There is a lot of talk about Hearts, Kotoko and sometimes it’s another team. It's always like this. The truth is that l have agreed personal terms with both Hearts and Kotoko so I am only waiting on anyone who is ready for my services,” he added.
“For the moment, I'm focused. We will see after."
It is a near-certainty that Saddick Adams will leave Berekum Chelsea before the second starts next month. The forward has scored 7 goals in addition to three Most Valuable Player awards (MVP) for Chelsea, who sit eight in the league with fifteen after first round.
It is a remarkable turnaround for Saddick Adams, whose career looked in jeopardy after an administrative error which led to a FIFA ban.
The ban meant that he had to sit out for about four months which ruled him out of the FIFA U-20 World Cup staged in Egypt when the
Black Satellites became the first African side to win the competition in 2009.
