Actress Yvonne Okoro has confirmed rumours that she has parted ways with her (former) manager, Naa Konadu.
Prior to her huge come back into the movie industry about two years ago, she was being managed by Naa Konadu who helped cemented the actress in the industry.
It was reported that the two encountered challenges and differences that they couldn’t resolve leading to the separation but the actress, speaking to Multi-TV said Naa Konadu had other engagements that kept her away from her core duties as a manager.
Yvonne who won the Best Actress in a leading role at the maiden edition of the Ghana Movie Awards alongside Juliet Ibrahim, Jacky Appiah and Rosely Ngissah indicated that, contrary to speculations that they had unsolvable differences, they parted ways on mutual grounds adding, “We are the still the best of friends.”
Her stint in the industry has seen her star in several movies including; Beyonce, The President’s Daughter, 4Play, The Game, Agony of Christ, Royal Battle, Queen of Dreams and Le Hotelier in France.
Yvonne Okoro, born Yvonne Chinyere Okereke Okoro to a Nigerian father and a Ghanaian mother, is currently being managed by TV3 news anchor Nana Aba Anamoah.
