The Managing Director of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Dr John Kofi Mensah has emerged as the most visible Chief Executive Officer in the Ghanaian Banking Industry, according to the Institute of Brands Narrative Analysis (IBNA) Media Analysis 2020 survey report.
According to the report, in the year 2020, the ADB Managing Director came first followed by the CEO’s of CBG, FBN, GCB and Stanbic Bank occupying the 2nd-5th position in that order.
The report which covered Media reports in the print, electronic and online from January-December last 2020 put Dr. John Kofi Mensah ahead of the other 22 CEO’s in the banking indsutry.
His visibility in the year 2020, the survey indicated was largely in relation to the various donations by the bank towards the fight of the novel coronavirus pandemic and other related stories published about the activities of the Bank as reported in the Media.
According to the survey Agricultural Development Bank emerged as the 4th most visible online Bank in the country ahead of Ecobank, CBG, Stanbic Bank, Fidelity, FBN and NIB in the top ten visible banks in the country.
The survey also revealed that there was no negative publication about the ADB brand enjoyed a positive image projection throughout the year with no negative publication about the Bank.
